World Hereford Conferences are arranged every fourth year. The last one took place in New Zealand in March 2020. 

There is a Hereford Conference once every two years as a European event takes place midway between the scheduled World event giving Hereford breeders around the world the opportunity to get together to discuss common topics, learn about Herefords in the hosting country and listen to keynote lectures.  

European Conferences also take place very fourth year. The last one was in France in 2022 and the next one will take place in Ireland in 2026.
